Without doubt it's been the best house we've ever lived in.I doubt I need to mention the huge selection of excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area or you probably wouldn't be moving here, but the choice is endless and more great places are popping up almost every week. With regards to public transport, you couldn't be better placed, it's just seconds walk to Leyton Midland Station and under a mile to either Walthamstow, Leytonstone or Leyton tube stations, even cycling into the City or Shoreditch is a breeze.
