I bought this property from new just over eight years ago. The location is superb, everything is on the doorstep - particularly the station, the park, takeaway restaurants and it is only a stroll into town for a nice meal with friends. One thing I love about the apartment is that there is a big window in every room, particularly within the living/kitchen area giving a great view beyond.The parking is really great, each apartment has its own allocated space so there is never a problem trying to find somewhere to park, especially when you come home with a car full of shopping, or in my case golf bags.
