When I walked into Rose Tower I immediately felt safe and secure within the building and the communal areas are so well kept, it felt like a nice place to be straight away.

Its great being on the seafront as there is never a shortage of things to do at the weekends. There is usually some sort of summer show going on at the common and if not you can always take a trip to the Band Stand to hear some good local music.
