Location

Preston is a desirable residential area on the outskirts of Weymouth. Close to the coast and a short drive to the county town of Dorchester. Well serviced with several convenience stores, delicatessen, hairdressers, chemist and doctors, there are also several public houses serving food to choose from. Direction

From Dream Cottages office in Hope Square go through the Square towards the harbour and turn left so the harbour in on your right hand-side. At the top of this road head straight over and turn right at the lights at the end of the road. At the next set of lights turn right over Swannery Bridge and straight onto King Street. This road will lead you onto The Esplanade, at the end of the road bear right when you reach St Johns Church (signposted Preston). The road will bear to the right and as it straightens keep to the left-hand lane. Continue along Preston beach road which turns inland and joins Preston Road.
