After approximately 1/2 mile, turn right onto Piper's Tye. Follow the road onto Brook Lane. The bridleway can be found on the left hand side, immediately after the National Speed Limit signs. The entrance to the property is around 100m up the bridleway on the right hand side.


The property is accessed along the Bridleway that runs from Brook Lane to Vicarage Road. There is a documented right of access along this trackway to the south, exitiing on Brook Lane.
