Tenure: Leasehold

The Cae Mor is a well maintained and sympathetically renovated small commercial hotel located next to one of the busiest attractions in North Wales - Venue Cymru - which attracted nearly 385,000 people in 2013 to its concerts, conferences and exhibitions (Source - Arts Council of Wales survey of revenue funded organisations 2012/2013). The hotel is ideally placed to take advantage of this natural footfall and has 23 smart en suite letting bedrooms, an elegant 30 cover restaurant and well equipped meeting/conference room which offers special theatre packages for its guests. The hotel offers spectacular views to the coastline and uniquely for the area has its own private car park for around 23 vehicles.

The town of Llandudno was developed during the 19th Century and much of its Victorian heritage can still be seen and the hotel is located just 10 minutes from the A55 Expressway which runs through North Wales. Among many of its attractions is the Victorian pier, beautiful walks around the Great Orme, unique tramway and of course the evening entertainment at Venue Cymru itself. The town is a premier shopping centre attracts thousands of visitors all year round to its many high street stores and specialist shops as well as a fine selection of café bars and restaurants.

The hotel was acquired by the current owners in 2006 and after 18 months of investment and re-development, the hotel was re-opened in July 2007 totally refurbished. Business has been steady during this time, thanks to the obvious advantage of its immediate location to the Venue Cymru, however scope still exists to further develop the business and to forge even better relations with the theatre and its management. However, due to retirement reasons, the owners now wish to retire, offering a superb hotel and business opportunity to the market.
