DIRECTIONS Heading South on the A458, at Morville turn right onto the B4368 road towards Monkhopton. After 2.8 miles take a left at Monkhopton towards Ditton Priors and follow this road for approximately 3 miles until you enter the village of Ditton Priors. PLANNING CONSENT The site has outline planning consent (Ref: 14/02943/OUT) for residential development of up to 16 dwellings to include access.
ACCESS The site is accessed from Station Road, a publically maintained highway which runs through the centre of Ditton Priors down a road currently used by the surgery and the post office. The purchaser will be responsible for the creation of the improved access as agreed in the proposed outline planning permission.
SERVICES Electricity and foul drainage are available on site. Easements will be granted for connection if necessary. Mains water is located on the road to the north of the property.
