We have thoroughly loved the opportunity to live in this house, having been in the family for many years we have enjoyed modernising and updating this house to call home. Over the four years we have lived here we have added external insulation, garden fencing, a new kitchen and a new bathroom in January. We are moving to be closer to our family, but if we were to stay our next project was to extended to the side of the property.

The house has great links to the A2/M25, and having two routes to connect to this has allowed us to travel quickly to destinations in all directions.

We have enjoyed the local amenities, and have stayed fit and healthy by joining the local David Lloyd gym and using the Fairfield leisure centre. The local central park and Dartford Heath has allowed us to take a leisurely walk on sunny days.

We have been spoilt for choice with shopping. There are multiple chain supermarkets around the area, along with the high street as an option. Bluewater is a ten minute drive from us and has been our main go to location for shopping, socialising and eating out.

Being close to the train station has meant we have enjoyed the opportunity to travel into London quickly. Being able to use our Oyster cards has been great, and has provided big discounts on our travel costs.

We hope that the next people to move into our home will enjoy both the house and all the local area has to offer.
