Where it is The beautiful village of Holme is very sought after. Pear Tree Park was built about 12 years ago and after coming down here on many occasions always seems quiet and calm. Who doesn't love a fantastic area. The local residents love being very close to the canal for walks and even though this is a rural village it is very well connected. It is just a few minutes to Junction 36 of the M6 for those that do need to commute, yet it has a local school, regular bus services and has its very own post office, a local shop and pub!!
