DIRECTIONS From the M54 exit at junction 4 and turn onto the A4640 to Donnington/Priorslee and continue along this road for approximately 1 mile. PLANNING CONSENT Planning permission to convert the buildings to eight residential dwellings was granted on the 28th of January 2015 (ref TWC/2014/0846), valid for two years.  

SERVICES Potential Purchasers will be responsible for making any connections and should make their own enquiries with the relevant utility company. Development can not take place until scheme of foul drainage and surface water drainage has been submitted.
