As with any home this is the responsibility of the owners however there is a maintenance team available on site who can carry out the majority of repairs that would normally occur during the life of a lodge. All work carried out at the owners request will be chargeable.
Owners are allowed to take pets into their own accommodation and to walk them on site providing they are kept on a lead and do not stray onto the golf course.
Your lodge must be insured against all standard risks and the policy must provide a minimum public liability cover of £2,000,000

Fixtures and Fittings
The lodges are supplied fully furnished, with all kitchen appliances and contents as seen with the exception of bed linen. All the electrical appliances will be PAT tested and the fire extinguisher will be certificated. The lodges are sold with the manufacturers guarantee and maintenance will be the responsibility of the owner.
You are welcome to let your lodge for holidays and this can be either through the Park letting and management service or independently. Leisure permit charges for owners bookings are currently £25 per lodge per week, if paid seven days in advance, and include the use of the parks facilities.
The pitch license expires on 30/12/2030
The site licence only permits the lodges to be used as holiday homes. To ensure this condition is not contravened, the Park Manager will annually request a copy of the Council Tax bill relating to your primary address. The park is open from 1st March to 2nd January inclusive. It is closed during January and February to allow for essential maintenance and to comply with local authority conditions.
