Our clients have secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a mixed residential and commercial development on this site and adjoining land to the south-east, also within their ownership but not for sale, under planning application reference 14/05410/OUT.

The residential element is in two parcels coloured brown on the layout plan above. The open space and landscaping element is coloured green and will be sold with the residential element. The commercial element is coloured yellow and will be retained by our clients.

The combined acreage of the two parcels of potential residential land is 2.17 acres. The open space / marsh land corridor is approximately 1.31 acres but the majority is considered undevelopable as a result of its former landfill use (see below).
