Location - Nedd sits just over a mile from the township of Drumbeg which has a village store and a hotel. It is around 15 miles from the shops, petrol station and medical centre in Lochinver and around 38 miles from Ullapool, the commercial centre for the area. The Primary School is at Stoer (9 miles) and Secondary School is at Ullapool High School (there is a daily school bus service for both schools). The area is also served by a bank bus. Nedd is a peaceful rural location set in spectacular scenery with an abundance of wildlife and there is access to many outdoor leisure activities such as fishing, hill-walking, climbing, sailing, bird-watching and photography.

Directions - From Inverness take the A9 to Tore continue straight ahead A9 (Wick and Thurso). After Evanton take the left turning onto the B9176 and the A836 (Lairg Road). Turn left at Inveran onto the A837. As the road passes Loch Assynt turn right onto the A894 (Durness). Turn left after about 5 miles onto the B869 (Drumbeg) and continue 7.5 miles to Nedd. 355 Drumbeg is in the centre of Nedd on the right hand side behind the red phone box. Go through the metal gate and walk through the wooden gate in the garden fence. From Kylesku follow the A894 south and turn right onto the B869. Follow directions above. From Lochinver take the A837 out of the village and turn left onto the B869. Follow the road though Clachtoll, Clashnessie and Drumbeg to Nedd. The cottage is visible as you drive into Nedd on the left hand side by the red phone box.

Hall - Two small steps lead to the glazed front door which opens into an L-shaped hall. Stairs lead to the upper floor. There is an
under-stair cupboard and a small window by the stair.

Sitting Room/ Bedroom 3 - 4.00m x 3.40m. (13'1" x 11'2") - This comfortable room has two windows which look across the croft to the front and to Nedd to the side. There is an electric bar fire with the original fireplace behind and a wall press.

Living Room/ Dining Room - 4.05m x 3.84m (13'3" x 12'7") - This spacious room has two windows which look over the croft to Quinag at the front and over Nedd Bay to the side. An electric bar fire sits in front of the original fireplace and there is a wall cupboard. Doors open to the Hall and Kitchen.

Kitchen - 3.25m x 2.00m (2.50 into window recess). (10'8" x - The Kitchen is accessed from the Living/Dining Room and sits to the rear of the property. It has a large window overlooking the back garden and croft land.
