Carry straight on through Ruyton XI Towns. Upon arriving at Baschurch, continue through the village, once past a cross roads, the property will be on the right in 0.2 miles. PLANNING CONSENT The site has outline planning consent (Ref: 14/02454/OUT) for mixed residential use. 

ACCESS Access to the residential element of the site is directly off 'Station Road' which runs to the north of Baschurch.
