Lympstone grew from an ancient settlement on the eastern shores of the Exe Estuary. Directions

Proceed out of Topsham past Darts Farm on your left. At the St George & Dragon roundabout take the 2nd exit to Exmouth. Continue on Exmouth Road until you reach the traffic lights at the Saddlers Arms Pub. Turn right onto Longmeadow Road. The property will be found on the right hand side just before the railway bridge.
