Directions

From Topsham head towards Darts Farm and at the roundabout turn left and at the following one turn right. Follow this road through Woodbury and on leaving the village turn right signed Budleigh Salterton and continue to the top of the hill. At the T-junction turn right and follow this road for approximately 3 miles and on reaching the roundabout go straight across. Follow this road and take the first turning on the left signed Knowle. After approximately 200 yards turn left into Dalditch Lane and the property will be found on your right hand side.
