Directions

From Topsham and Exeter head towards Exmouth along the A376. Pass through Ebford and Exton and on passing the marine camp turn right at the junction. Continue into the village of Lympstone, down Burgmans Hill and at the T junction turn right. Continue past The Swan and the Post Office and the property is found on the left hand side opposite the slipway.
