The Property

A unique opportunity in Newton Stewart.

This sympathetically restored grade A listed building is one full of history, charm and modern features. Uniquely it has massive commercial potential which until recently has been used as a tea room with retail space along with a 6/7 bedroom family home. This is something that could be developed further to take advantage of the tourist trade in the area. With wheelchair access to the two retail areas, the main one measuring 37 ft x 28 and the second area 18ft by almost 19ft the opportunity is huge.

The main house has been restored to a high standard by the current owners and has the potential to lend itself to a further commercial ventures. With 3 en-suite bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms with a shared bathroom which could be used as a B&B, plus there is a separate bedroom and large lounge for the owner's use on the lower ground floor. The house sits central in just over half an acre of grounds with car parking to the front and side.

The house has been brought up to modern standard with gas central heating, WIFI and a CCTV security system installed.

The current owners have all the history of the house which dates back to 1830's and they would be delighted to share this with the new owner.
