Of course, you pay for all of this in the service charge, but put into context, it is small change for what you get. This particular flat is downstairs, so you don't even have to step into the lift to get there. Also, it is larger than some, in the fact that there are 2 bedrooms, which is ideal if you are entertaining guests. Also of note is the fact that it is located towards the rear of the building and enjoys a private aspect which is not overlooked. The comfortable lounge/dining room has a feature stainless steel electric fire and there is an archway which leads into the kitchen, which has been well planned and comes complete with appliances. Not only that, it is clean, very well presented and is offered with no onward chain. Outside, there is car parking within the communal car park. So there you have it. If you are a young 55 year old or above, you could do a lot worse than take a look at this very comfortable and reasonably spacious downstairs flat, which, believe me, has a heck of a lot going for it.
