Description - The land is classified as Grades III on the Provisional Land Classification Map of England and Wales. The soils are within the Burlingham 2 and are deep fine loamy soils with slowly permeable subsoils and slight seasonal waterlogging and some well drained fine and coarse loamy soils. Easements & Rights Of Way - He land is sold subject to and with the benefit of all existing easements, wayleaves, rights of way whether mentioned in these
