I purchased the apartment from new approximately 4 years ago and initially chose it because of the close proximity of all the local amenities and the fact that it had outside entertaining space which has proved a great benefit especially during the warm summer days.

It takes approximately 1 minute to walk to the High Street and approximately 5/6 minutes to walk to the station.

I never have to worry about taking the car out as there are so many restaurants and wine bars all within a couple of minutes walk and Waitrose is literally just across the road.
