We have loved this home for the last five and a half years we have been here. It was perfect for us because we had two families we want to live in one home. We have tried to keep a good mix of old and new, and more recently, we have updated the kitchen on the lower ground floor.

We really enjoy the amount of space the house gives us, but it is hard to pin point the reason we love it so much. We just get a feeling every time we walk through the door. It is in such a great location for the shops, or a trip to the park or beach. Now, as the family grows, it is time that we get our own space, but our home is certain to be a welcome addition to any family. We just hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
