I bought this place 2 years ago as a place to get away to. It was run down when I bought it and I have spent a lot of money bringing it up to standard including a new conservatory.

I liked it because it is freehold and very self contained with its own electricity and water supplies from solar power and has a rain collector, the rain water is collected off the roof and holds around 5000 litres, electric pump work the taps, the toilet and shower. The electric is solar powered from panels to storage batteries which power the lights and the water pump. The inverters also work the tv on a 240v. Sewage is by way of a septic tank which doesn't have to be emptied as its natural.
