Full description

Tenure: Freehold

A fabulous chance to own your very own slice of the seaside. Your garden actually backs onto the beach!

Imagine the fun times you and the whole family could have from children, to grand children as well as adults running down from the back gate on to the beach and jumping into the sea. I am sure any pets you have are sure to love it too.

You get a real sense this place has been really looked after both inside and out. Unlike most beach huts, this place has a fully pumped water system including the toilet and sinks plus a hot and cold shower.

Picture family barbecues, the children running along the beach and into the sea, when they are back indoors they could all cosy up and dry off in front of the baking hot wood burner(That's if you do not forget to light it)

To the front there is a gate where you could open up in order to park your vehicle off the road and at the back there are double gates that open out onto the beach, ideal for either your surf board, Jet Bike or your boat perhaps?

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

I bought this place 2 years ago as a place to get away to. It was run down when I bought it and I have spent a lot of money bringing it up to standard including a new conservatory.

I liked it because it is freehold and very self contained with its own electricity and water supplies from solar power and has a rain collector, the rain water is collected off the roof and holds around 5000 litres, electric pump work the taps, the toilet and shower. The electric is solar powered from panels to storage batteries which power the lights and the water pump. The inverters also work the tv on a 240v. Sewage is by way of a septic tank which doesn't have to be emptied as its natural.
