Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

This ground floor maisonette has been much improved over the past few years so buyers will find a property where they can just turn the key, move in their furniture and sit back and relax. So you should have plenty of time to explore the local countryside, or do a spot of shopping in the easily accessible Horsham, Guildford or Brighton?

As you step into the property for the first time and sink down into the new carpet you will appreciate the size of the lounge area and off set dining area, freshly decorated in modern contemporary colours.

The kitchen was replaced two years ago, the layout redesigned to created more work top space, and the washing machine moved into the airing cupboard to provide an extra storage cupboard. Being separate also gives you the benefit that cooking smells can be contained, and dirty pots and pans hidden behind a closed door, when entertaining your guests takes precedence over doing the washing up!

The bathroom has also been replaced in a modern contemporary style, and the drench head shower very inviting in the mornings to wash those cobwebs away and set you up for the day.

Outside you have an allocated parking space and communal gardens to the rear of the block, which are mainly laid to lawn, giving you somewhere you can sit out on warm summer days and catch a bit of sunshine.

What the Owner says:

When looking for my home I was keen to have space to entertain my family and friends when they came to visit. So it was important to find somewhere with a large lounge, and on my budget it was proving harder than I thought. So I was delighted to finally find this property, although it needed some work I was certainly up for the challenge as the lounge and dining area were perfect. A great size with space for all my furniture so it’s ideal if I’m entertaining, relaxing on my own or working from home. And over the years I’ve changed the windows, bathroom and kitchen to bring the property right up to date.
