The first thing that appealed to us was the space when we stepped through the door. It meant that the space could be used whichever way you felt would suit your needs. The added bonus was that there is a communal garden. With children it is great for them to let off steam but be close by.

As for the area it has many benefits. The corner shops are round the corner and there is a park on Barking Road. It is a home that has served us well over the years and we hope it does the same for you.
