We were living in Windsor Close, Southwater and were looking to upsize to something with more outside space and privacy. We did not want to leave the village because we loved living here and had small children. After viewing a number of properties we came to see this one and could not believe how quiet and private the road felt. Once we saw the private south facing rear garden we knew we had to have it.This home has grown with our family over the last 28 years and we have enjoyed extending and putting our own stamp on it but do not need all of the space now the children have left. We will be downsizing to something smaller within Southwater.
