From Swimbridge Square proceed north where you will pass over the A361/North Devon Link road.  Immediately after passing over the Link Road turn left into Welcombe Lane, signposted Swimbridge House, follow the lane through to its conclusion at Welcombe Farm. As you enter the farmyard at Welcombe there is a large traditional barns to the right hand side of the track. Ahead of you is a field gate which forms the entrance into the land.

There is an alternative access from Hurscott Hill over a short lane to get to the north boundary.
