Full description

Tenure: Freehold

This lovely home really will catch you off guard and you will be forgiven for thinking that it appears to be quite small from the outside but that could not be further from the truth. It will definitely appeal to range of buyers.

With allocated parking and plenty of on street parking you won't have to worry about having people to visit. The entrance porch allows space to remove coats and shoes before walking through to a spacious lounge where you can arrange a large suite and imagine evenings in with a bottle of wine and the latest movie. This room is open plan to the stylish kitchen/diner which is well laid out for entertaining and you can impress your guests with your cookery skills whilst they wait patiently at the dining table. If you fancy some quiet time reading a book you can relax in the light and airy conservatory.

Upstairs there are two very well balanced bedrooms which are serviced by a bright and airy bathroom where you can look forward to a long relaxing soak after a manic day in the office.

The rear garden is largely laid to patio and is fence enclosed offering a degree of privacy and backs onto a wooded copse. This will be the perfect setting for gatherings round the BBQ.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in Southwater for many years and wanted to buy an investment property. After looking at a number of properties I came to see this one and was instantly attracted to it as I could see real potential to possibly extend on the side. I decided to buy because it was much more spacious than others I had seen. It worked perfectly well as a rental property. I subsequently extended it and continued to rent it. I decided to split the house and sell one part and will be sad to let it go as I have grown rather attached to it over the years.
