We have a produced a range of award-winning buildings that can be customised to create a very personal home. They are flexible, adaptable and modular.

Our buildings achieve excellent levels of sustainability in a number of areas, both during construction and in operation. Low-energy consumption is standard, but with optional extras clearly priced, they can be self-sufficient and zero-carbon. They also provide very healthy internal spaces - maximising natural light with high air quality, intelligent heating and controlled humidity.

The main element of the building system comprises of prefabricated engineered timber panels. Airtight yet breathable and insulated with both sheep’s wool and wood fibre, these panels create very high performing walls and roof. Materials and finishes are totally free from solvents preventing harmful emissions.

A subtle palette of natural cladding materials is offered. The upper part of the house can be clad in timber (larch or western red cedar), zinc or lightweight cladding panels, whilst the base can be clad in a tile, brick or stone. The roof can incorporate optional roof lights and integrated-flush solar PV panels.

In our buildings, technical sophistication coincides with aesthetic elegance, creating a truly comfortable space to call home.

The following steps outline the options available to you (depending on your budget); starting with the size and shape of the building, you can select:

- the building orientation – such as an open aspect to the front or more private facade;
- upside-down living or the more conventional ground floor living;
- a flat roof (with two floors) or a pitched roof (with three floors and the option of a double height space);
- the number of bedrooms.

Then you will want to choose the external features, such as:

- the external wall and roof materials;
- the number of roof lights;
- the front door style.

Next, would you like to add renewable energy options, for example:

- PV solar panels on the roof, to generate electricity;
- a home battery to store this power for when you really need it;
- an air source heat pump that produces hot water from the latent heat in the air.

Finally you can personalise the interior choosing from a wide range of internal fittings and finishes:

- the heating system, including a wood burning stove;
- the kitchen design and choice of appliances;
- the shower or bathroom fittings and the pattern/colour of tiles;
- lights, sockets and switches; and a huge choice of floor finishes.
