The village of Bratton Fleming is located approximately 7 miles from Barnstaple and offers a pub, village store, sports club, primary and pre-schools and village hall. A branch railway line links Barnstaple with Exeter St. David's, with further connecting services to London and beyond, and to Exeter Central.
From Barnstaple proceed out of town on the Goodleigh Road, signposted to Bratton Fleming. Proceed into the village and continue through and the White Hart Garage development site is opposite the White Hart public house with a for sale board displayed.
