Proceed to the next roundabout and take the third exit signposted St. Austell B3274. Drive along this road for some miles until entering Tregonetha. There is a village green on the left. It is probably best to park here and walk to the property on your first visit. There are two turnings crossing the village green. Take the second and proceed straight ahead. Retallick is down the lane on the left.
