Tenure (Lease) - We are advised a new lease will be made available for an initial period of 5 years, which shall enjoy the Security of Tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act, at an initial passing rental of £7,000 per annum, with no rent review during that period and the rental includes unlimited water via a bore hole.
The cafe area is currently rented to another party we are advised at a passing rental of £150 per calendar month, plus 50% of the electricity and water and has a profit share agreement. We are advised this is an informal agreement.
