Bracondale was originally designed by and built for recognised Architect, Prentice Mawson in 1913, son of the well know Victorian landscape architect Thomas Mawson whose stunning garden designs are still to be seen across the region. The property was of such design for the time it was featured in the Architects and Builders journal of 1916 and later in Ideal Home magazine in 1936.
