Directions - Approaching from Tiverton take the A361 (North Devon Link Road) towards South Molton. After about 9.5 miles at Moortown Cross, take the turning to the north marked Knowstone. Continue over the cattle grid and and take the next left turn towards Knowstone. On entering the village at the T junction turn left and follow the lane out of the village and take the next right, signposted to Molland. Continue to the bottom of the hill and after crossing over the bridge, turn right onto the private drive and after a short distance Luckett Mill will be found on the right hand side.
From South Molton take the A361 towards Tiverton. After Bish Mill Gate roundabout proceed for a further mile and take the left turn onto the B3227, and then the first exit onto the B3227 off the roundabout. Stay on this road for about 3.7 miles and take the right turn at the crossroads signposted to Knowstone. Stay on this lane and at the bottom of the hill turn left into the private drive. The property will soon be found on the right.
