We spotted this property eight years ago and immediately recognised its potential as a place where we could set up our educational consultancy/tuition business and which would provide us with the comfortable living accommodation that we now enjoy. During our time here we have considerably enhanced and improved both the interior and exterior fabric of the building.
We are retiring and closing our tuition business in July. We then plan to downsize and relocate to be closer to our family.
We feel the property offers the flexibility and scope for a new owner to easily adapt to whatever purpose and vision they may have.
