Approach Bratton Fleming from Barnstaple proceed towards the centre of the village and Haxton Lane will be found on the right hand side opposite the entrance to Furze Park on the left. Proceed down the hardened lane and after you drop down the first incline there are a pair of gates to the right which forms the entrance to the land.
