Our clients have resided in the property since 1997 and raised their family using every part of the spacious accommodation. There are many reception rooms which have character features including slate floors, exposed stonework and beams, wooden and granite lintels and window seats. The formal dining room is dominated by the open fireplace with inset a wood burning stove and clome oven. From Launceston proceed West along the A30 dual carriageway towards Bodmin. After approximately six miles you will reach the service area at Plusha, with the Esso garage on the left hand side. Take the exit off the A30 signposted towards Callington and Plymouth (B3257). Continue along this road where Plusha Cross will be the first property on the left hand side marked with a Webbers For Sale Board.
