This was only the second property I had seen, I knew straight away this was the one. I had to be in quickly but knew the property was too big for me but would tied me over for a while. The location was key and had to be in Ferring which is a village I just love.Whilst living here I have re-decorated, put in new carpets, updated the wiring and put in a new en-suite shower room.Sadly as I am now getting older, the bungalow is just too big for me, so I need to downsize.I will be staying in Ferring as the area is the best around.
