We have enjoyed this gorgeous apartment which has been our holiday home for over 10 years. We have fond memories of relaxing at the weekend and listening to the band playing on a Sunday afternoon in Ventnor Park. Lazy strolls into town and through the fabulous gardens make this property perfect for those looking to get away from it all and at night when the park is all lit up it looks amazing. As all residents own a free hold of the building it is well maintained. There is a very useful basement area which gives storage for all the flats. We have successfully holiday let the property in previous years and it was once the only 5 Star rated apartment in Ventnor.
