We have lived in Woodford for many years, and here for the last fifteen. We chose this location for its fantastic schools, but also when we walked in it had such a lovely character feel to it. We extended the kitchen which makes a huge difference with the large amount of space and such a lovely place to sit with a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning or at the end of the day with all the family. Over the years we have refurbished the property from top to toe. The garden is beautiful in the summer months and is the perfect place to bide some time on a sunny weekend. We wanted to keep the character feel and make the property work for us as a modern family, so touches such as the double glazed sash windows retaining the style but also keep more warmth.
