I live in London but love coming down to the coast. So when this property in the High Street became available, it was perfect for me to use as a bolt hole, where I could enjoy a few days a month enjoying the peace and quiet.
Being so close to the shops has also been ideal.

My situation changed however, and I have let out the property during the past few years, which has been perfect for me.

Once again my situation has changed, and I will be sad to let the property go.
