When we were looking for an investment property in Ventnor and stumbled across this modern home we knew it was the one for us. Ticking a lot of boxes not least its great location, quirky layout and spacious accommodation it has proved to be a fabulous low maintenance investment and attracted a great tenant who has remained in the property for nearly 10 years.

Although we now need to sell the property there’s no need for our tenant to have to leave as she comes highly recommended, but we do understand that someone may want to live in the property themselves or find their own tenant.
