From the M5 take the exit at Junction 27 following through Tiverton and onto the A361 to South Molton. Proceed through South Molton onto the B3227 signposted Torrington. Continue through Torrington on the A386 following signs to Bideford and on the edge of Torrington take the left turning back onto the B3227 to Langtree. The site will be found on the right hand site just as you come into the village.
