This property was perfect for our growing family, when the children were younger we had plenty of space for them to play. The layout is so versatile so even when the children are older there is enough space for privacy but still feel close as a family.
The annexe can either be completely self-contained or integrated into the main house. There is an option to add an en-suite to the top floor subject to consents.
The location is great, we can walk to the town centre and station in minutes and there are so many good schools nearby. We have enjoyed living here but we no longer need the space and would rather let the new owners move in and create their own happy family memories.
