Picture this, an early Saturday morning walk around picturesque lakes, spotting wildlife and enjoying the peace and tranquillity of nature at its best. Perhaps pop into a cafe for a well earned traditional breakfast and a steaming mug of tea and the best part is you can do this without having to use your car, these facilities are literally on your doorstep with this property.Sounds interesting? Well add to this a spacious Victorian family home that oozes character and offers bags of potential to improve and make your own then you have a flavour of what is on offer. However if this is not enough to get you excited then consider this, at a time when parking is at a premium, with 2 & 3 car families, caravan and motor home owners or van drivers, how great would it be to be able to park at ease within the confines of your own property? Well it can be a reality with this property with the substantial parking area to the rear of the low maintenance garden. So with all of the above offering great appeal and value for money, what else could you want? How about adding 3 double bedrooms, a shower room located off the landing and a second ground floor bathroom to further add to the attraction of this home.
What the Owner says:
I have owned my house for approximately 20 years and am now relocating out of the area.I have enjoyed the convenience of living in the village and to be able to walk to the local shops was always appealing. What was more of an attraction was the potential to provide a parking area at the rear of the house. My neighbours have extended their house and there are other adjacent properties with loft conversions so I feel my house offers great potential for further extensions if required.I travel a lot with my work and to have easy access to the M2 and M20 motorways has also proved a real bonus.
