I have lived here for about a year and a half and the location was perfect for me and was what initially attracted me to the property as I wanted to be within walking distance of the train station and local amenities along the Goring Road and have low outgoings.

Since moving I have spent a lot of money on improvements. I have redecorated, put in a new shower, new lighting and some new flooring to make my home perfect.

Sadly I now have to move as, have outgrown my flat and now need a larger home.

I hope the next owner will be as happy as I have been living here.
