We had lived in East Grinstead for a few years and with growing children wanted to move to a larger house.
The size of this house in comparison to others we had viewed was much larger. The length of the rear garden was a welcome surprise too.
The cloakroom downstairs was changed in to a shower room and this has been of great benefit. I also extended the lounge and the dining rooms: hosting at Christmas, etc is great.
I'll miss the location and the size of the house: it's been a very happy family home and since the family have flown the nest it's time for it to become a family home once more.
