The decision to go for it was a very easy one, the location meant we could be just outside Belmont Village and Sutton Town but be near enough to use all the facilities.

The apartment has parking and was in good condition so it pretty much ticked all of our boxes. We are moving away from the area to be closer to family but we are sure that the new owners will enjoy the space as much as we have.
