We have put on a large wrap around extension to the rear which gives great space downstairs. The property is now exceptionally economical, features include solar panels, air source heat pump and much more. We wanted the heart of the house to offer plenty of space which we achieved with the open plan living areas. Outside we have a wonderful sunny garden and a large office/workshop with power, light and water facilities so you could adapt its use subject to permissions. We will be sorry to leave but we now need to downsize and hope that the next owners will be as happy living here as we have been!.
