The property was purchased as a buy-to-let investment to rent out. Since owning to property I have never had an issue finding a tenant, probably due to the convenient location with the shops, beach and train station right on the doorstep.

Now that my situation has changed, I have decided to sell the apartment but I hope it will suit you as much as it has suited me.
